Hugh is able to produce various types of reports, from web traffic, sales and competitor analysis, using Google analytics, Sales data and other sources. Reports are compiled with data using Excel and Word/Google Sheets.
Apart from the software platforms mentioned below, others have been used, such as Channel Advisor, Microsoft Dynamics, Hotjar along with ERP and other eCommerce platforms. Hugh is able to apply himself to any new provider or service.

Completed a B.A. by majoring in French and taking a minor in film and Spanish. I started the Degree studying extramurally in Japan and was awarded the B.A. in 2006. I was able to accomplished the highest marks in film.
Commenced the B.A. in 2003 through Massey University while living in Japan. Extramural study included Philiosophy, French and Psychology. Study at Canterbury University continued the following year.
Certificate in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) was completed at the Seafield school of English and completed through the Trinity College of London. This was an intensive course with high daily targets that had to be met in order to pass. After succesfully completing the TESOL certification, Hugh worked in Japan as an English instructor for 5 years.
While at Godfreys, Hugh was able to design an automated price changing system that could be used in the monthly sales campaigns. This allowed for pricing to flow through from the ERP system (Pronto) to Magento and maintaining promotional pricing until the the campaign was over. The result being a reduction in time and an increase in data accuracy.
Hugh arranged the production of a YouTube channel created in conjuction with OZTool Talks. The channel reviewed tools and this accomplished in increasing exposure to the "United Tools" brand and promoting interest in tools on promotion. The videos where searchable and promoted through EDM's.
By utilising Hootsuite, The social media listings where able to be set up across multiple social platforms several weeks and months in advance. This helped reduce social media marketing time by 40% and the marketing department align thier objectives while still being agile.
